At Revengebody.ng, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in packaging and delivering our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and meet your expectations.

However, due to the sensitive and delicate nature of our skincare products, we maintain a strict no exchange policy under all circumstances.

We only accept returns and offer replacements for specific products and in cases where there is a confirmed issue from our end (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). To be eligible, the product must be sealed, unused, and in its original condition.

Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed. All purchases are considered final. However, Revengebody.ng reserves the right to review and resolve all return or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.

Any concerns or issues with your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. While we are committed to resolving valid concerns promptly, requests that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
